Do you do project-based work?
Yes, we can work on a fixed price project. This way you’ll know exactly how much you’ll pay and how long it’s going to take.
The way we calculate the price is usually though the estimated number of hours required, multiplied by the hourly rate.
How do I know which Virtual Assistant is right for my business?
During our initial meeting, we’ll be asking you questions about you and your business so we can match you with the right virtual assistant.
We’ll take into consideration your personality type, the kind of tasks you might have available, the amount of hours you need help, and if there are any special skills needed.
What is the process for getting started with a Virtual Assistant?
The process usually involves the following steps:
- Initial Consultation: Discuss your needs and goals with your account manager during the initial meeting.
- Needs Assessment: We will assess your requirements and business goals.
- VA Matching: We’ll then match you with a suitable VA.
- Onboarding: You’ll meet your virtual assistant on a Zoom or phone call before you officially start the free trial. This is a good opportunity to see if the VA resonates with you.

How is the pricing structured?
Pricing is based on the amount of hours you need per month.
You’ll never pay upfront and you’ll never be forced to have a minimum amount of hours.
1 to 80 hours = $12/hr
81 to 140 hours = $10/hr
140+ hours = $9/hr
If you work with us 80 hours in a month, the price will be $960 (80 hours * $12/hr), but if you work 81 in that same month, it will be $810 (81 hours * $10/hr). You save about $150 just for going to the next hourly tier.
Can I have a discount?
We provide discounts the more you work with us, but if you need 2 or more full-time virtual assistants, please email us at team@greatadmin.com or call +1 408 915 5040.
What if I need to change my Virtual Assistant or terminate the service?
You can request a different VA at any time if the current one isn’t meeting your expectations. While we strive to offer stellar services, we are prepared for anything.
Contact your account manager and they will change your assistant. There will be no hard feelings as we’ll be assigning your ex-VA to a different project.
How is confidentiality and data security handled?
We have stringent confidentiality and data security policies. Our virtual assistants have NDAs signed with us along with their contract. We’ll also gladly sign your own NDA and accommodate any security measure you’d like.
We also use secure communication and data management systems to protect sensitive information.
How will I communicate with my Virtual Assistant?
Communication methods are up to you, we want to make your life easier, so whatever you use, we will use, include email, phone calls, video conferencing, and messaging platforms.
Are Virtual Assistants available for different time zones?
Yes, we cover all USA timezones and are available to work other timezones whenever is needed (e.g. if you are travelling to timezones outside the USA).
